• Piano Recital with Pastries
  June 22nd, 3-5pm
  Join renowned pianist Susan Dewitt Smith for an hour long recital at the home of Nancy Stone and Jonathan Levy, followed by an hors d'oeuvres and dessert reception.
  $40 (20 spots available)

• Group Rowing Lesson
  June 28th, must be 14 years or older
  Two hour rowing lesson with Rose City Rowing Club.

• Beginning Santa Wood Carving Workshop
  Sept. 27, 2008, 9am-3pm
  Learn to carve a charming Old World Santa, taught by woodcarvers Vikki Melrose and Shawn Bartlemay. All supplies are furnished as well as morning treats and a delicious lunch. Go home with your own finished piece.

• Self defense for women and teens
  October 18th or 25th (tbd), 2-5pm
  Learn to turn fear into action with Katherine White. She has 10 years experience in teaching self defense and is a Black Belt in Poekoelan Timid Tulen, simple and highly effective!
